This website presents Factuza, an invoicing application compliant with Royal Decree 1007/2023 and Order HAC/1177/2024 (the VeriFactu system), intended for self-employed people, companies and small businesses.
Access to the site is free of charge. Use of the application requires registration and the purchase of a licence, governed by the terms of service.
3. Terms of use of the site
Anyone accessing this site accepts these terms. They undertake to use it in accordance with the law and, in particular, not to:
- Use the site for unlawful purposes or in ways that may harm the rights or interests of third parties.
- Attempt to access restricted areas, systems or other users' data.
- Introduce or spread malicious code, or take any action that may alter, overload or prevent the normal operation of the site.
- Reproduce, copy or distribute the contents without the owner's authorisation.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The source code, the design, the texts, the documentation, the Factuza brand, the logo and the remaining elements of this site and of the application are the property of OBTechnologies or are used under the corresponding licence. All rights reserved.
Factuza is proprietary software: the licence to use it that you purchase transfers no ownership and does not authorise copying, modification, decompilation or redistribution of the program, save in the cases provided for by law.
The technical schemas, formats and regulatory texts of the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT) that the application implements belong to their respective owners and are used in accordance with the regime for the re-use of public sector information (Law 37/2007).
5. Disclaimer
The owner endeavours to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee the absence of errors or the uninterrupted availability of the service.
Particularly relevant: the tax and regulatory content published on this site and in the newsletter is general information and does not constitute legal or tax advice. Each user's tax obligations depend on their own circumstances, and compliance with them —including the filing of returns and forms— is the exclusive responsibility of the user or their adviser.
Consistent with this principle, every tax return that Factuza generates is always delivered as a draft, showing where each figure came from, for the user to review and file.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals with jurisdiction under the applicable rules; where the user is a consumer, these will be those of their place of residence.
