Your invoicing spreadsheet stops being enough

Invoices the tax office
can verify for itself.

Every invoice is born with its chained hash and its verification QR code, ready to be filed with the AEAT in real time, and leaves your returns —Modelo 303, 130, 390, 347…— all but finished.

No lock-in · cancel whenever you like · your data always exportable

01 Issuing

Say it out loud, then check it.

“Three hours of consultancy at ninety euros for Metro de Madrid.” Factuza fills in the draft, you check it and issue it. The invoice comes out with its hash, its QR code and its chained record.

No artificial intelligence: dictation uses your own phone's speech recognition and an interpreter built on fixed rules. Same words, same result. Every time.

  • Several VAT rates on the same invoice
  • Your client's order number when they insist on it
  • Guided credit notes R1-R5, by replacement or by difference

02 Filing

Your returns, all but finished.

Drafts of Modelo 303 and Modelo 130 where every box explains where it came from: whether it is your own figure, a calculation by the engine or a rule from the tax catalogue, with its version.

Modelo 390, 347, 202, 349, 115 and 111 arrive during 2026. They are already in the product and they tell you they do not calculate yet: we would rather you read it here than discover it mid-quarter.

Factuza never files on your behalf. It calculates, explains and warns you of the deadline; the signature stays yours or your adviser's. That is a design decision, not a limitation.

  • Tax calendar with reminders before every deadline
  • A pack for your accountant in one click, as CSV
  • Foral territories: the Basque Country and Navarre run their own systems, not VeriFactu — sign-up tells you so before you pay

03 Getting paid, and spending

The money, in plain sight.

How much you have invoiced and how that compares with last year. Who owes you and since when. And VAT recovery on bad debts, with the article 80.Cuatro deadlines watched for you.

Expenses go in by photograph: the reader pulls out supplier, net amount and VAT. If a legally required field is missing it tells you — but you decide whether to carry on.

  • Large purchases: it spots what has to be depreciated and proposes the schedule
  • Bank statements in Norma 43 format, reconciled against your receipts
  • Unpaid invoices with ageing and deadline warnings

What makes it different

It is the awkward cases that stop you dead at seven on a Tuesday.

Almost any program can issue an ordinary invoice. These are the ones we have genuinely solved, with the legislation behind them.

Who is behind it

Somebody has to put their name to a tax product.

EO
Eduardo Ortega Busutil
OBTechnologies · Madrid

I have spent years building software on Microsoft technology for companies that cannot afford it to fail. Factuza came out of watching, at close quarters, what VeriFactu was about to mean for people who invoice from their phone, on a building site or between appointments.

There is no support team working shifts: I answer the email myself. And if one day Factuza stops being any use to you, you take your invoices in one click and go — no lock-in and no need to ask anyone's permission.

Where your data lives

And what happens if something breaks

  • In Spain. Azure, Spain Central region. The database, the backups and the signing keys: all three there. Nothing leaves the country.
  • Restore to any moment in the last seven days, held in three independent zones. If something breaks, we go back to the minute before.
  • No generative AI. None of your data feeds a model. The automation is made of rules that can be audited, and whatever the OCR reads, you approve before anything is issued.
  • Your data is yours. Export it whenever you like, in open formats, including when you cancel.
Factuza weekly

The rules you do not see coming.

One email a week with what actually affects you: VeriFactu, deadlines, grants for the self-employed and small businesses, and new obligations. If there is nothing worth saying that week, there is no email.
