This page explains the declaration; it is not the declaration. The signed document is the Spanish-language PDF linked below, and it is the only one that has legal effect. This English page is a courtesy translation of the explanation around it.
The Spanish page is at factuza.com/legal/declaracion-responsable. Where this text and the Spanish text differ, the Spanish version prevails.
Article 13 of Royal Decree 1007/2023 requires the producer of an invoicing software system to declare, on its own responsibility, that the system complies with what the rules demand. This is Factuza's declaration, electronically signed and in force for the version stated.

What it declares
That Factuza, in version 1.01, complies with article 29.2.j) of Law 58/2003 (the General Tax Act), with the Regulation approved by Royal Decree 1007/2023 and with Order HAC/1177/2024.
Two things in it are worth highlighting, because they explain how the product works:
- Factuza can only operate as VERI*FACTU. Every invoicing record it generates is filed with the Spanish Tax Agency and there is no alternative mode of operation. This is also declared inside each record that is filed.
- It keeps no event log, and it is not required to. That obligation belongs to systems that do not file in real time and which, in exchange, have to sign each record electronically. A system that files proves it by filing.
One declaration for each version
The declaration refers to a specific version of the system, and the producer must keep the declarations for every version. When a new version of Factuza is released, its declaration will be published here, and the earlier ones will remain available.
